Bad experience. Laziness at its finest. The client should always come first and I felt my needs were not met. Customer service sucks. They could learn a thing or 2 from Chick-Fil-A.

Laura Gray at Movement Mortgage is an excellent mortgage professional. She had been in the business for a number of years and knows about all the latest mortgage products and ways to save you money on your loan. I highly recommend using Laura for her expertise alone, but her customer service is top notch too.

Worst mortgage company Ive ever dealt with. It has been over 6 months of me dealing with them and Im still facing the ramifications of what this company has put me through. My credit was ran 3 or more times during this process after being pre-approved and one day from closing I get a call saying we couldnt close. So unprofessional and not prompt at all. I would have to constantly call just to get a update. It was so bad my real estate agent said she would never refer this company again. Movement Mortgage in Broken Arrow is NOT the place you want to do business with.

Movement is the best mortgage company I have worked with in home buying. This was my 3rd purchase and I wish I had done the first 2 with Andrew. He was very responsive and I felt he was always looking out for my best interests in the way he advised me. 5 stars all around.
