    Norma was amazing! I have absolutely horrendous anxiety when it comes to anything medical, especially dental. She was very gentle and understanding of this fact and worked with me to ensure that I had the best possible visit, which under her care was anxiety free! The staff and doctor were all amazing. I drove from almost an hour away for my visit and would do so again gladly for the care I received in their office. If you are looking for an office with caring, compassionate staff for your anxiety I give it a 10/10, I would recommend them anytime.

    Since Dr Heinsohn left in August things havent been the same. Most all of the old crew has left, you can cut the tension with a knife, and nobody smiles or laughs anymore. When Ive gone in just to have some adjustments to my dentures, the girls dont have a clue what Im there for or what theyre doing. Today I called to have a sharp spot filed off my denture and they said I would have to wait a week. Before I would get in the same day. Dont want to return but am locked into them. Plan on calling around for another dentist.

    Been going to them a few years. Still hands down best. I had a billing issue I needed clarified. They had their regional manager look into and she went above and beyond, far more than she needed to. I am in disbelief bc I have been taken advantage of by a different dental office. And I was trying to understand the bill and figure out exactly what I owed. They just went beyond and got it figured out. I wish more places were like them. I hope to have them in our family for a long time. They didnt have to do that. They could have just ignored it like I have had another place do. But they didnt. They actually talked to me about it and really showed they are a family centered business. And I look for that in every place I do business. It really humbled me how they were willing to step out and figure it out. That is going above and beyond one, being willing to sit down and go over it or whatever. They do that not just business wise but when you are a patient, too. They take care of you when you have work done. Been very happy with them which takes a lot since I got PTSD from a bad dental experience. But they really do try to make it easy for you from start to finish. I just have a little more to do and they will have restored the work that botched before I came to see them. And I tell everyone I know who to use and hope they do. Just good people trying to do good work. And they all do, from front desk to administration. No complaints.

    When I first came to them last year, I thought they were pretty good. The only thing I was upset about is that I had to buy new dentures when my dentures were only three years old they said I had to have different ones to do the bottom implant, so I went ahead and did that, my cost was Just over $3000, and then the insurance paid their portion and then To do the rest of it when they implant the bottom charge the insurance and that would be paid which is $3600 so I said OK thatll work because I couldve got it all done for $6000 someplace else and now the insurance gonna pay for part of it will only cost well, the second visit I had to get the dentures fitted the tops were like a rocking horse they didnt fit at all so they had to get new dentures put in and I waited over a month and a half to two months and I called them and said are my dentures in yet and they said oh yeah, they took a long time to find out but they miss filed them and didnt know that they didnt call me. I said OK fine I had my old one, so no big loss now its the new year go back find out my insurance is not paying for the rest of the dentures and they said I know we know that other people had that problem, but they just go ahead and finish up and pay us and then theyll fight the insurance , I said, why should I do that they should discount in someway to compensate for us paid more than what we would pay someplace else theyre saying no we off of this well theyre doing a crappy job because they said theyd call me and let me know what the insurance would be paying if there was any charge and nobody ever called they dont call people they wait to you drive all the way down there to tell you the great news that you owe more moneythey are not that great. My job of my first dentures were just fine. I see no problems in them and I got it done at. Affordable Dentures & Implants and Ill be going back to them to finish the job and see if theyll do some kind of discount where this company I dont think its that great worth it now especially with the insurance if you dont get it done all in one year dont do it and the new people since it got took over by somebody else. They are not as nice as the first people when I first started these new people are horrible they dont smile they dont know what theyre doing half the time, they ask you OK what are you in here for I think look at your chart there duh

image When I first came to them last year, I thought they were pretty good.
