1st Priority was great, especially Noah. He personally helped me through the process. He went over and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Really great customer service. It took time to get on the schedule, but it was from a delay due to a surge in roofing projects in the area due to a storm on 6/18. Once they started the job they were fast, efficient, and cleaned up really well. Very happy! 1st Priority offered us a "guarantee" that once we sign a contract, we would have a new roof within 21 days. Our contract was signed July 28th, and we tentatively agreed to begin construction at the end of August. A few days later I was informed that the contract we signed was incorrect, and they are increasing the amount by nearly $3,000. When I asked for a copy of the updated contract that I never signed, I was denied multiple times. August turned into September with no communication or updates on the schedule, until I asked for an update September 11th and was let known that it would be the end of September before they could even get the materials in. Proper communication could have salvaged this relationship, but at this point I will be requesting our deposit be returned. I would not recommend doing business with 1st Priority. Also, they offer a $250 discount for a 5-star review. So if you Google them like I did and were pleased to see all of their customers are giving excellent reviews, know they they are paid for reviews. November 3rd edit: We did receive our deposit back shortly after expressing our dissatisfaction and requesting a refund, so the situation has been fully resolved and there is no reason to further discuss the issue. While I appreciate the prompt refund and apology for the unacceptable service, I still would not recommend doing business with 1st Priority.
