        Male employee working today was INCREDIBLY RUDE and unprofessional. Basically trying to rush me and had horrible customer service. I do a LOT of business with this store but never again. I'll drive further to another location that has better customer service. Do better!

        I needed a very large framed piece of art shipped to me in Maryland. A friend dropped it off and I handled the rest over the phone. They packaged it perfectly and it arrived without a scratch! Thank you to Nathan and Linda and the rest of the team.

        I would not even give them 1 star! The employees in this place are ALL miserable! That is NOT our fault, dont like your work, change it!!!! The guy in there is absolute P$i$k! Zero customer service skills! If you need a UPS store go to a different location. Do NOT STOP at this one! Oh yea and they charge you to tape your package back to Amazon. $1 per box. Even though AMAZON assures you hassle free returns. Someone needs to contact AMAZON and alert them. Im sure the owner would feel different if Amazon pulled out of this location.
