Have called and called they have told me they don't have my package but I have a email from USPS saying they don't have it and didn't pick it up. Was told the manager would be in on tue and called and they aren't in. Very rude when we call and explain the problem. They automatically say it's not them but I have multiple proof it is.

I wish I had the woman's name who waited on me today. She's an older woman, kind of reddish hair. I asked which mail service would be the most economical to use, FedEx or UPS. She said she would have to put the address in the system before she could tell me that. Now, that in & of itself sounds fine, right? However, her attitude & tone with me was so condescending that I was immediately put off by her. I see other comments about a woman who works there who is rude, rolls her eyes & makes nasty comments to your customers. I would hazard a guess this is the same woman who waited on me today. Your business is a convenient location for me, but today is my last day to ever utilize your service. This lady is offensive & an absolute detriment to your customers.

So awesome!!! great staff and very kind people. I have been going here for a couple years now, and I have never had to worry about my packages. They have always successfully delivered everything and have always been so kind. I truly appreciate them and love that they have Christian trinkets inside.
