      • super bad

        awesome landlord. didnt even ask me about showing my dog to me. said he didnt mind dogs at all at the unit. quiet, even for being close to the hospital. stays comfortable in the unit so my thermostat is always on 68. love the balcony even though its small. free on sight washer and dryer for the tenants. unit included a dishwasher that while older, works great. also has a nice stove and fridge, plenty of cupboard and counter space. and landlord is super amazing.

        Was denied housing because of a legally registered ESA( emotional support animal) because the dog is a Staffordshire, The ADA protects these animals and their owners, as well as the federal fair housing law. Landlords cannot deny people housing no matter the breed it doesn't work that way.
