They cut somes tree limbs, around my dust to dawn light. Call them twice come and clean up the mess. Supposed to call me still haven't heard from them

My experiences with NEO weren't great for the first 5 or 6 years that I lived in their service area. We would have constant, seemingly unprompted power outages. I believe this was mostly due to an alarming amount of overgrown and neglected trees near the power lines in our subdivision. Because of the constant outages in the area, crews didn't seem to hurry to fix the problem and we would sit without power for hours (no storms - no other outages). Finally, after some time and complaints from myself and neighbors, a crew was sent out to clear the right-of-ways of the trees. Since then, power outages are extremely rare and I am truly thankful. Even more, when we do have the rare outage due to storms, the crews are now much more responsive and prompt.
