        Just got off the phone with Tammy and thought I should leave a review. I've been e-filing my taxes with H&R block for YEARS!!! I love the team and the company, they've never done me wrong, until today. I didn't qualify for e-filing this year, so here I am in my bedroom stressed and full of questions. I've only called twice to ask some questions. The last thing I said before I got off the phone was, "I think that's all the questions I have so far..." and Tammy replied, "I hope so." News flash, Tammy. Your job is to help people with their taxes, whether that's answering the most miniscule of questions or actually filling out paper work yourself- THAT'S. YOUR. JOB. I gave 2 stars because she actually did end up being resourceful, but the attitude she gave to make me feel as if I've done something wrong or have intruded on her day SENT me. Y'all are here to help. I appreciate your team, but I don't appreciate Tammy's burnt out attitude.
