        We reached at 2.00 am. The sheets had hair from the previous visitor, and sheets were dirty and not changed. Heater did not heat the room. If we didn't have our own blanket, we would freeze to death. Irresponsible owner. The staff was very nice and cooperative. I can scan and upload the copy of receipt from you and the transaction from my overcharged credit card. Don't try to be over smart and compell me to take this issue to the next level. Understood? Rooms: The heater is at the entrance, where as the beds are on the other side of the room. Disorganized.

      After reviewing our records we do not see you as a registered guest at our property. In any case, all of our rooms have extra blankets in the closet shelving and any issues with heating should be reported and another room would have been provided immediately which confirms you have the wrong business. I ask that you remove this review from our business listing as you were not registered as a guest at our place of business which we take pride in operating.
