Was shopping for new home insurance coverage in Weatherford and called Berrongs on a Tuesday: Gave them all my information and was told a quote would be ready Friday or Monday. Never heard anything that Friday or Monday; but got a text the following Thursday that a quote would be emailed that Friday: The email never came. Was texted the following Monday that quote had been emailed and they would call the next day Tuesday to go over it. Checked spam folder - no email; and never got a call on Tuesday either. In fact, still havent heard from them! Guess business is so good they dont need new business: Hope current customers are treated better:
