I been at there place of enployment almost a year as a cook i still make same wages as i did when i started.the helpers make same as me .which not right

Worked for these people at a facility in okemah OK and I had a wreck but I was already scheduled off for five days but because I showed up late 1 time ever with no prior write ups or warnings Cindy one of the sisters decided she would publicly embarrass me in front of all the other kitchen employees by coming in and yelling at me to go home I was fired. And I was paying prepaid insurance and I got terminated before it went into effect so therefore I had no insurance at all so I was supposed to be reimbursed but yea they again don't wanna do the right thing so in my eyes these are not the kind of professionals anyone would want to do business with. I worked for the Pioneer facility that they have in Wetumka. I had brought my cell phone into work with me and immediately had given it to my house manager to put away for me until after my shift. She put it in the file cabinet and I went to work. We did an outside cookout that day and no one was inside the home during the entire shift. At my shifts end my phone was gone. Not the house manager nor anyone else had any idea where it had gone. When brought to the attention of Ruth Berry, the GM about my phone having been stolen out of the file cabinet I was told that one of the residents must have gotten it and if so it's their phone now because of I didn't want them to have it then it should not have been brought into their home. So I then call Cindy majors and explain to her the situation about my phone haven't come up missing out the file cabinet. I told her how Ruth Berry would not allow me to look for my phone and told me that there was nothing that could be done. She also told me that my shift was over I need to leave the property. Cindy assured myself that she would talk to Ruth Berry about my phone and get back with me. Minutes later Cindy called me informed me that Ruth Berry had my phone at the office and that she had gotten it out of the file cabinet while we were all outside. She had heard it ringing. And informed City that she had a ride up for me for having my phone on my person. Why did she tell me that when I asked her about my phone? So I drive all the way back to wetumka to get my phone and Ruth Berry did give me a write up for having my phone on my person. Refusing to sign it I once again leave and contact Cindy. Cindy then informs me that I am being terminated for having adult humor on my phone. Ruth had went through my phone and fired me for the nature of messages I had sent to some of my friends and family. My personal phone that I pay for and not whatsoever used for work purposes.
