Unfortunately, I cannot leave less than one star. Without question, the absolute worse service Ive ever had. I paid a year up front at closing, they were late getting proof of insurance to the lender, so my escrow was paid by the lender, now in the negative. Couldnt get a response or answer from anyone, as no one seemed to know anything. Three weeks later, I had to file a claim for the very reason I got this specific policy. They deny the claim, I have to come out of pocket nearly $4,000.
Here it it is over 3 months later, and Ive still not been reimbursed.
