      image Maybe this will get me a response from him.... Have(soon to be HAD) a policy for my house and 3 cars with him and told him upfront I need special coverages for my work requirements, he said I was covered. Well, over a year later I found out he lied to me. He lied about my coverage and now I'm being left on the hook for hitting a deer when it should be a cut and dry case. He will gladly call me non stop when trying to sell me a life policy but now I haven't gotten a call back from him in over a week. His gate keeper receptionist has been well-trained to keep his "clients" from reaching him as he is always in so many "meetings". This guy should not be handling customers. It's one thing when you're a liar, its a whole other thing when you can't even own up to your mistakes and call someone who trusted you to do your job.
