I absolutely recommend C&W for your cleaning needs. They were able to fit me into their schedule even though I called at the last minute. They were professional and very detailed in their work. Everything looked amazing once they were finished!

They cleaned my house. Overpriced and no attention to detail. Left the toilet running until I got home. I could hear it in the living room, but they couldn't when they were cleaning the bathroom or bedroom? When dusting and sweeping they were so haphazard they unplugged my tv, stereo, computer and modem - pretty much at least one item was unplugged in every room. Too lazy to reach down and put the plug back in the outlet. Talked to the owner - she denied everything. If you use them, you were warned!

They agreed to a contract to service portions of a small home inhabited by en elderly woman. They dragged their feet starting the job, entered rooms they had no permission to enter, no-showed the next appointment, and asked me to renegotiate the contract to continue service. All of this while providing services in the home of a disabled elderly woman. For details, continue reading: My elderly mother lives in a small home (where I grew up) in Yukon, but I live in DFW and my brother lives in Edmond. We contacted C&W and a few other local cleaning services. After meeting with the owner, we decided to use them. She claimed to recognize my mother from her walks around the neighborhood because she lives close by. She even said she would keep an eye on the property when she goes by. At this meeting, we toured the home and asked for a limited cleaning service. We noted which rooms were part of the agreement and which were not. One bathroom is not routinely used and two bedrooms are used for remodeling storage. I agreed to a "deep clean" because it was mandatory to initiate scheduled cleanings. It took some time to get services going. I was traveling and it seemed to take a number of days to obtain a response via email or text. That part was bothersome and seemed like a "red flag," but because I felt comfortable with the owner, I didn't worry about it too much. After the first cleaning I received an emailed invoice which included a short note thanking me for my business. They said they underestimated the deep cleaning, but "...it should be no trouble to maintain going forward." My brother lives in the area and when he stopped by, wasn't sure if one particular item had been taken care of. I sent a quick email (and a text) to ask about it. The text was not answered. 10 days later - a day after they failed to show for the first routine cleaning - I received an email reply telling me that they had cleaned multiple rooms we had asked them not to touch - which they didn't even have permission to enter. They said I would also need to renegotiate if I wanted them to continue to come out. Oh, and they were really worried that my mother may be in danger because her AC appeared to be out, so I should check into that ASAP. The home is very connected with technology, and we have friends in the area, so I know that her AC was not out, nor was the house warmer than she wanted it. They claim that my mother told them to clean those rooms. She never enters those rooms and she denies ever asking them to. Asking me to renegotiate our contact after no-showing was either a tactic to put the squeeze on my mom for more cash (knowing that I live 3 hours away and she's vulnerable) or they decided they did not want the business, and figured this was an easy out. If the latter is true, they just should have admitted it, and referred me to someone else reputable. I paid the invoice and the late fee (they did not respond to my question until the late fee applied) and terminated services today.
