        I call to try to schedule an appointment , get a voice mail saying due to high call volume to leave a message and someone will call me back within 48 hours, I am still waiting and it's been over 4 weeks now. Tried to call everyday , got same message and NEVER any call backs. Going to move to another dermatologist. I at least want a call back saying we are too busy for you. Kae Krueger.
