Our carpet needed to be replaced with a quick turnaround due to moving. Floor Coverings Int West came to the rescue. The communication was excellent. Demo and install were done with precision! It was a seamless and stress free process. Not to mention is looks amazing.

Zach performed well in every aspect of the project. He was knowledgeable, timely and provided detailed contract and insurance certificates. His installers were superb, eager to assist in moving furniture, clean and neat, and left the site spotless. I will definitely use Zach and this company again for my future needs.

Have not purchased flooring yet, but if the installation process goes anything like the consultation process I will be happy. Super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely use on any future projects.

What a great experience. Spent the time to go over all they offered. Had living room, stairs, and entire upstairs carpet redone. Turned out beautiful and plan on restoring the hardwood floors this spring. Absolutely happy with the results. Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job! We just bought a house and the carpet was absolutely filthy. I'm talking never ending dirt (not dust or broken down carpet) coming from the carpets with every pass of the vacuum and carpet cleaner machine. The carpet just had to go. We picked out a sample from a discount store nearby and they gave us the exact carpet we wanted and even gave us a good deal. After getting the carpet down in one of the rooms, I was notified and shown that we have a water leak from a pipe that bursted recently (completely unrelated but we had no idea!) They peeled back the carpet so it would be easier to access and will be coming back to lay it down after that problem is solved. I'm so happy with my new carpet! My house feels so much cleaner and looks amazing. They also gave us a housewarming gift which was so sweet!! Thank you Zach & Abigail!
