        Was with Jon for over 10 years. No problem until my son was involved in a hit and run accident. I called Jon to file with my insurance. Jon said I only had liability and it wasnt covered. I said that cant be right because I told him I had a lien on the vehicle. You are required to have full coverage if you have a lien. Basically he called me a liar saying I just asked for liability insurance. I wouldnt do that because I knew the law required me to have full coverage. Everything is great with Jon as long as you make your premium payments but when you have a claim he changes at least in my case. I couldnt believe he wouldnt call me back after being with him for over 10 years. Would not recommend Jon or Shelter Insurance.
