my father was treated very poorly they didn't keep him hydrated, they didn't feed him him properly or enough. they didn't check on him adequately, and was sent to hospital after only being there three days

Ranchwood is very organized with great staffs who take care of the patients and Im also impressed by the cleanliness which alot other nursing homes struggle with nowadays. Strongly recommend

Hi I never personally got to meet any of you, but I spoke with Carol on the phone I think 2 weeks after my sister passed and she said if I ever needed someone to talk after 4pm to call her. Thank you Carol, I have called yet. The rest of life is kicking me around so I'm kicking it right back. Positively I promise. My sister love this facility and thank you for being kind to her and her needs. She'd been to 8diffrent places in central Oklahoma they were terrible to her. I was actually disappointed when I asked her if she was happy. I was beginning to think that humanity was a form of torture. I know this sounds weird but I'm just Raw Honest....I call it like I see it. Thank you for caring for my sister she was happy with your place, so her last moments of life were in a Happy place for her. Please if your people are being cared for by other's make sure you check on how they feel. If you see a bruise ask about it. When your loved ones stop telling you things they don't know who to trust. I found out the hard way and no one did anything for my sister but me and Ranchwood . I reported it but no one would investigate... But to Ranchwood my hat comes off thank you for bringing joy to my sister in the little time she spent there. My whole family thanks you. I don't think I would ever recommend putting a loved one in a nursing home because I've seen and been in them first hand, most are terrible. But I promise I will say if you have to please check out Ranchwood of Yukon first. I know Margaret is pleased. Thank you.

My mother has been at Ranchwood Nursing Center for 3 months, first in the rehab program and now in long term care. The staff always treats my mother with respect and the care they provide has been outstanding. The therapy unit is on top of insurance requirements and makes sure my mother receives all of the therapy she is eligible for. I take care of my mother's laundry and yesterday some of her clothing got put in with the facilities main laundry. The woman in the laundry room talked to me about what I was missing and later brought me the missing items. I was very impressed with the system they use for laundry services for so many residents. One of the staff members gave me tips on how to easily put my mother's name on her clothing in case it happens again. I was very sad to see my mother need this kind of care, but I am relieved to see how well she is taken care of. Thank you.
