Jacob did a fantastic job completing our remodel that included a new bathroom as well as an addition. He was prompt and communicated effectively. Jacob did not make excuses and when sub-contractors were unable to complete a job on time he found new ones, I am someone who is difficult to please and he met my expectations. We were looking forward to working with him; he measured to give us an estimate in a week. Alas, we never heard from him again even after I poked him with email. Too bad as he seemed like a very pleasant person.

Jacob and crew did a fantastic job. They started and completed on time, maintained a clean job site, and told us step - by - step what they were doing. We were so impressed we already set-up another project with Trailside Construction. You can't go wrong by discussing your project plans with Jacob.

He did great work, he fixed a hole in our floor and did a great job, used better materials than the stuff he replaced.
