        The business in Albany, OR had just opened and a line was already forming. The customer service representative, Lucy, was kind and cordial to all customers. She would apologize to all for the wait and thank you for being patient. She handled everything with poise and skill, multitasking beautifully. I will always make the 25 minute drive out of my way to Albany because Lucy is the best! She gets 10 stars!!!! Ace Cash Express should make sure they keep Lucy employed because people like her are rare.
