I agree with a couple of the other posts.  She talks about other's business all the time and has asked me personal questions that have nothing to do with my taxes.  I had been using this place for years, when her mom was running it.  Monica took over when Donna retired and it has went downhill, each year she gets more and more nosy.  We stopped using her last year because of her judgment and nosy questions. I have asked her "Why does the IRS need to know that?" and she responded with "I was just curious".

Monica and her staff do an amazing job! This is our second year having her file our taxes. She is helpful and communicative. We recommended all of our family and friends to go through her because she is JUST THAT GOOD!Thank you so much Donna Banks Tax Service!

Monica is a life saver! I have no idea how she does such an amazing job. I dont know how we could have done our taxes this year without her ! And with only one week!! I believe she deserves 10
