Suzann Plaza Apartments

I lived here for roughly 2 years and had the greatest manager in Dan Giertych. Dan made living here wonderful, worked with us during any hardships, made sure maintenance was always taken care of promptly, and took great pride in the cleanliness of the property. I would absolutely return if I ever decided to move back to the area.

Wow. Just wow. We aren't even residents yet, but I already feel *so* fortunate to have stumbled upon Suzann Plaza. Dan, the community manager, has been especially wonderful. My family is moving to Oregon while my husband does his master's degree, from across the country. I flew in solo for a few days to scout daycares and apartments. Suzann Plaza was the 10th tour (out of 13 total) in 2.5 days. I was exhausted when I rolled up here, on a Friday afternoon. I thought I had found the winner elsewhere, and I nearly cancelled the tour earlier in the day, but something told me to just go. The grounds were so welcoming, peaceful, and green, which was a plus. The amazing amount of in-unit storage, the size of the apartment, and the location were all pluses. But what won us over was Dan. From the tour with Dan to submitting our application today, he has been friendly, real, and a partner. I can't emphasize that last point enough. So many community managers and leasing agents felt like they were just putting on a smile and pushing charm to make some money. Dan has been honest, warm, and proactive in communications (without ever being pushy). He knew exactly what we were looking for, he kept us updated with availability, and he was prompt in offering answers. He's truly been a gem, and we're grateful to already feel like we've got a little "team" rallying behind us as we move. Even though we'll only be in the area for a few years, Dan has gone above and beyond to help us find the right community. We really lucked out here, and as much as I don't want to spill the awesome secret, I have to give credit where credit is due. If you're looking for a place to call home in the area, do yourself a favor and give Dan, and Suzann Plaza, a call.

Just recently had to move out of Suzann Plaza and it was a great time living there. Had two amazing managers well there. The last one Dan was always very helpful and understanding and went above and beyond to make the property feel like home. Was clean, quiet, and all around great place to live.
