I would not have even given this store a 1 star but that is the lowest I could go. I purchase a drink for $1.79 and a hot dog for $1.99 which totals $3.78. The store clerk charged me $4.00. I realize that is just pennies for most but when you are poor it means a lot. This is the second time this clerk did this to me. First time it was because the store had no change due to coin shortage (Covid). He doesn't even give a person a chance to see if they have exact change. He just rounds up. I will never set foot in this store again. I hope this isn't Corporate policy.

It appears prices went up, customer service went down. And what's with the offensive gangster rap music being blasted over the sound system? This happened at 2 different locations.

I stop here everyday and by hot food items. Stop by tonight to buy two pizzas that take a couple minutes each. The guy ask if could help me I gave him the two pizzas I want cooked and instead of starting my food and then helping the next customer he threw my pizzas on the counter and said it would be five minutes before he could start them. In five minutes he couldve had him both cooked and still been waiting on customers. I will not buy their hot food again. I will definitely restrain from shopping at this place anymore for it seems that some of their help do not appreciate their customers. This is not the first time something like this is happened and I will not continue to keep giving business to places who dont appreciate it. I own two local businesses and I will make sure the people understand the type of service that you get from these people. Granted it is only a convenience store but dont ask somebody if you can help them and then refused to help them when it is their turn.
