        The staff of this store has poor knowledge about the Western Union. I always start the transfer online, and then pay in cash at the Rite Aid location. When I do this process, the only thing I have to provide at the store is my phone number, and this is enough to complete the process. I take the time to explain this here, to avoid explaining the same to the staff of this location.

        Terrible terrible customer service. The manager there is atrocious. She literally hung up on me twice all because I asked her if she was sure the store was out of Covid tests. God forbid a loyal customer ask wholeheartedly if she was sure. Especially during these times, this woman could of provided some common decency and empathy. Instead she genuinely was wretched and literally said, how dare you question me ? News flash.. its your job to answer my questions.

        First time in this store. It looked VERY clean and organized. Mary, one of the pharmacists, was terrific with us. So helpful. While we waited for our COVID vaccines we saw this guy, coughing, standing in line - mask disturbingly below his nose. The other pharmacist said absolutely nothing to him about wearing his mask correctly. I was appalled!! Sheesh!! Pat, who gave us our vaccine, was friendly, gentle, and made our experience tolerable. Please ask your employees to be vigilant about the people wearing their masks correctly in your store!
