I can't post my experience here because Patie Millen is going around attacking who post bad reviews. I don't want to subject myself to that abuse in a small business community but highly recommend you avoid Patie Millen. A lot of her 5-star reviews seem to be from former employees or colleagues.

Patie Millen and Allie Dickson are extremely knowledgeable and experienced agents who are dedicated to their clients' needs. From the start of our collaboration, I was impressed with Patie Millen and Allie Dicksons professionalism and communication. They were quick to respond to all forms of communication in both a thorough and concise manner, allowing for an extremely smooth transaction and on-time closing. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail. Patie Millen was so meticulous in reviewing all documents and correspondence that she was able to point out verbiage in an automated email that needed to be revised. Moreover, she did so in an extremely professional manner, and I was grateful to her for pointing it out.
