Heather, and the entire team, were a DREAM to work with. My husband and I were on a tight time crunch to find a home and be closed on it before he started his new job, during the most hectic market. Heather worked day and night, always made us feel like a priority, and never allowed us to settle. She absolutely was the perfect realtor for us, and she got us into our dream home in our dream town. Ryan Lamanna is a local to the Ashland area, and we worked with him to purchase a townhome in a great location of Ashland. Ryan is very knowledgeable of the local area, knows and can recommend other great partners for the home buying process. He was very proactive, responsive and communicative throughout the process, and he was very adaptable to our suggestions and thoughts on how to conduct the process. Our homebuying process was pretty easy, and Ryan made sure we stayed on track while taking the time to explain everything for a first-time homebuyer.
