Somehow, this place is worse than Standing Stone, which was already pretty bad. The service was great, but the food was incredibly sad and uninspiring. Unfortunately, I dont see The Noble Fox lasting longer than a season.

Our food was fresh, hot and delicious, our drinks were balanced and the server, Savannah was wonderful. We started with their Smoked Blue Fries that were topped with a Blue Cheese Sauce (so good). For our entrees I had the Field Salad and Gary had the Oak Street Dip. My salad was fantastic, full of toppings and a great balance of healthy greens not just lettuce. It was a great size, appropriate to being an entre. Gary's sandwich was packed with meat and very flavorful. The drinks were really good including the Rumless Painkiller mocktail that I got. I really appreciate restaurants that put effort into their mocktails. I'm not a soda drinker so it's good to have a great drink without booze when I want it. The menu has great variety and many options for vegans which I was really happy to see because we have many vegan friends that will really appreciate having good options beyond the regular ol' French fries and chips with dip. In addition to being a great place to meet friends or for date night, The Noble Fox is a great option for family dining as well (they have video games and menu options for kids). They will be open 7 days a week, 11am - 11pm starting on Saturday. Vegetarian options: Jackfruit tacos, sandwich and more. Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan and gluten free options that are well labeled. See my photos, I took close-ups of all of the vegan options. Kid-friendliness: There are video games and a kids menu.

We stopped in for lunch today and must say that our server Savanah was such a joy, the food was great. We tried the cheese curds, tacos and the sweet/spicy chicken sandwich. Really fun atmosphere, tasty food and beer. Looking forward to going again soon.

This is a new restaurant and I will come back in a few months to visit again once they've settled, but it seems they've got a lot of work to do. We were quoted 40-45 minutes for a party of 2, it took an hour. Once we were seated it took about 10 minutes for our server to come by. The food took over an hour once we ordered it to hit our table, and nothing was comped (I worked in restaurants for decades and this would have never occurred at the establishments I worked in). Our server was nice but obviously overwhelmed, I don't think the restaurant was at all prepared for the opening. We had the jackfruit tacos and caprese salad for our appetizers. The tacos were really good - 5 stars. The salad consisted of rough kale, under ripe tomatoes, mozzarella, and balsamic caviar- the mozzarella and caviar were good with the few pieces of basil, but the rest was definitely not worth the 15$. I had the salmon without chorizo and it was pretty good, the lentils were actually some of the best lentils I've ever tasted. My husband had the vegan steak, he said it was "ok". There were other vegan options, not a lot of vegetarian, but that's ok. I know that opening a new restaurant can be challenging and that's why we will wait for the restaurant to get established and think about trying it again. Kid-friendliness: A lot of kids and games for kids as well.
