Bear Creek Animal Clinic

I arrived with my dog needing to be put to sleep. Such a terrible experience to go through. They cleared the area and gave me the privacy and quiet area my dog and I needed to say goodbye. The staff was so respectful and caring during the entire process. I'm sorry they had to see me so heartbroken.

We were so worried about our little guy. Our dog started having bloody stool, and no clinics had any openings for him on such short notice. We were starting to think SOVC would be our only option. Although we'd heard horror stories about their affordability and efficiency, we were going to bite the bullet because our pup means the world to us. Then, I called one last clinic - Bear Creek - and thankfully they were able to get him in for an urgent care drop-off within two hours. They were extremely nice and understanding on the phone, but when I dropped off our dog, I immediately felt at home upon seeing the compassion and kindness with which the staff treated the animals. I really felt like our little guy was in good hands. The staff was so knowledgeable and their services were priced very reasonably. They're very up front about pricing as well. Dr. Ema called us shortly after with diagnoses and aftercare suggestions. She was super pleasant and very knowledgeable. It's clear that she absolutely loves the animals and what she does. If you're looking for a veterinarian, look no further!

I really urge anyone in Ashland to not take their pet to this vet . We ended how with a dead 3 year old dog after a 1,000$ visit to bear creek animal clinic . I have heard from so many local people to not use this vet . Super overpriced and misdiagnosis . I urge you to go somewhere else even if you need to look outside of Ashland its worth the drive .

I called the day before because my cat was having issues using the restroom and had pee in his urine. We dropped him off the next day, doctor got back to us a few hours later with results and medications. The doctor and I think assistant (her name was Karli) were very gentle and sweet to my cat. They made him feel very comfortable. Would recommend this clinic for everyone! FYI if your cat needs multiple tests THEY ARE NOT FREE so make sure you are prepared to pay for those as well!
