        Endless issues with this company. I am bending over backwards to get my bill, to pay my bill, and to be talked to in a condescending tone. Calling them is useless. The online services are just BROKEN. I usually have to drive to the kiosk to pay like it's 5 decades ago. So sick of this.

        To "speak to billing dept" press one. Sends you back in a loop, no call answered, no transfer to rep made, no reply whatsoever. I was trying to pay my bill from work and did not have my acct #. Amazing they ever get any payments at all with such an effect up system.

        You can't ever talk to somebody on the phone you can't show up in person. Their doors are always locked. They expect you to do everything through email. They have no customerservice. The worst power company I have ever gone through. What is going on ashland oregon?

        Customer service? Doesn't exist and the only person who answers their phone says "nOt iN mY DePaRTmeNT" hire people for gods sake Ashland. All I want to do is pay my electricity but can't even do that. What a shame.
