        Really nice apartments. I love they have washer and dryer hook ups. Parking lot is kind of small. All the residents I've met so far have been pleasant. Another perk is the balconies. There's a small play ground close by. Which is nice if you have kids(and I do), and you can see the park from a good majority of the apartment balconies. Double bonus if you have older kids. Downside, rent is kind of high. But I also think the rent in Astoria is high in general.

        I can't disagree more with the previous comment. Janelle has been great. She is easy to get ahold of and she does everything she can to solve any problems that come up.
