Mr. Saito represented me in a divorce, and came highly recommended. Arthur did not disappoint, he took the time to listen and get to know me and my situation which was somewhat unique. I will say it again...he took the time to get to know me. I was able to work through the divorce and there was a favorable outcome for me, my ex and my step daughter. I could not be more pleased.
