Greyhound: Bus Station

My kids took a trip from oregon to Pennsylvania. This is a 3 day trip. On the way there the driver was stopping and asking for directions. This made them miss there next bus which resulted in them having to stay at the greyhound station an extra 4 hours to get on another bus. When they finally reached there destination two of there bags are not there anymore! So after all that there return trip is even worse! They stop in st. Louis and ask everyone to get off so they can clean the bus. They were told to leave something in there seat if they didnt want to lose it. When it's time to reboard everyone's stuff is gone! Not just my kids everyone's that was riding that bus. Come to find out they boarded everyone on the wrong bus and there bus is gone already with everybody's stuff! Now they have to sit in st. Louis for 5 hours to get on another bus. They said there hoping everybody's stuff will be in Denver waiting for them. At this point I get to try and figure out were the first two bags are and now there carry on as well! Do any of these people know what there doing? One of the ladies on the bus had her childs medication in her bag on the bus. Never again will we go through greyhound.
