        Sage Bleu Catering has twice catered an annual conference I plan and hold at Tolovana Inn every fall. The fabulous and personalized service, attention to detail, and delicious food really are all wonderful. Lavonne and her team are an absolute dream! I cannot recommend Sage Bleu highly enough!

        Sage Bleu was fabulous to work with and the food was amazing! We had a tight timeline to make this event go and wow, they were on it! They come up with creative menus and sourced all the food locally. Our guests were so happy! Thank you ladies, appreciate your hard work and dedication to the success of our event!

        We used Sage Bleu Catering in Astoria Oregon to do our big staff and family dinner for our annual retreat this year, and the whole experience, from planning to dessert, was lovely. Lavonne took the time to understand our needs and budget, talked through the setting with us (which shifted at the last minute because of the heat), and ultimately prepared a multi-course delicious meal that met everyone's dietary needs and had all of us talking for days about how good it was. (That last part is a big deal-- our org specializes in local foods, we are all a little obsessed with good food, and we have some amazing cooks of our own in the mix!) Highly recommend the whole experience.

        I have used Sage Bleu catering for more than one private event at our home in cannon Beach. Their food is not only aesthetically gorgeous, but everything is always so fresh and delicious. They always exceed at creating events that are personal and suited to whatever you need. Sage Bleu will always be my "go to" for any event on the Oregon Coast. Can't speak highly enough of this gorgeous business.
