        I had hired this company before, and was very pleased with their work.We had spent $25000 to get our dining room fixed Which included a new deck above it..and walls. However I am highly disappointed in them as of late. I reached out to them so they could do more work. I was told that I would get a quote by a certain day And that did not happen 2 weeks went by, and as I try to reach out. I kept getting messages saying I will call you back not once did they call me back. You would think after a customer gave you $25000 a year ago? You would treat them a little better regardless of the situation very unprofessional...... They knew I had a deadline.... No excuse for not contacting me.. I use to recommend them but now I can't. Disappointed. Services: Home renovations, Interior structural repairs

        We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brothers Wood Finishes. Ray and his team have done multiple projects at our beach house and have always done a fantastic job. They installed new 1 hour firewall siding on our garage - a VRD requirement that for anyone else would have been a serious challenge - but it went unbelievably smoothly and we passed inspection with flying colors. They also replaced our concrete driveway and it is so much nicer looking and smoother to drive on! The communication is always excellent, the work done quickly and with a high level of quality. We will definitely return to Brothers Wood Finishes for any of our future needs. Thank you Ray and team! Services: Exterior painting, Exterior finishing

        I called and ask for a bid to have a tin roof installed on my shed. He was very responsive came over as soon as he could explain to him what I wanted. Said he'd be back Saturday after 5:00 cuz he had another job he was doing. And showed up at 5:30 and we're done by 8:10. After Ray explain to him what I wanted they got to work and got her done. Price is very reasonable I will be having him build a deck for me next spring. He's busy you patient because you'll be happy with the job when it's done. Service: Roof installation

      Hi Rob, you have reason to be disappointed to see you given the quotes in the time I told you but I also mentioned that I was currently very busy with projects and I told you that I would do my best to be able to give you the quotes but I couldn't do it and it's true I did not return your calls because I did not have the prices with me too and I apologize to you and I appreciate the recommendations with other people and you know that I value you and your wife as good people with me and with our work team and I have given them the best treatment, the best quality and we have been at any time of something that has not turned out well and I have solved it as soon as possible. It has always been a pleasure for me and my team to be able to work together and I appreciate the opportunity that you and your wife have given us. If this week they give me the prices that I am missing for the materials that are needed for your projects, I will send you the quotes and if you and your wife want to give us the joy of working with you again for me and my team it will be a pleasure to work together again. thank you so much.
