        Awesome Gym! I was only in Astoria for 1 day and needed to a place to train. Trevor, let me borrow is card key so I could work at at 5am. If I lived in the area this would be my gym!

        This place has it all--atmosphere, cardio, machines and plenty of free weights. I can't wait for the summer when we can open up the doors and have fresh air as I work out. This gym is inviting, inclusive and everyone there is really helpful. I have started some personal training and can't believe all the cool machines and weights I get to learn. Don't worry if you're not a bodybuilder. I am a runner, but this place has it all, for everyone. Thanks for making such a great gym in Astoria affordable and fantastic.

        Inviting atmosphere. Staff were so easy to work with and made it easy to drop in and check out their gym during our stay in Astoria. Great fit for our needs. Thank you!
