        I had a really unfortunate experience today as I witnessed an attendant harassing two houseless people trying to dry their bedding. As the only laundry mat in town I would expect that the employees would be better trained not to make up fake policies to further harm those already at their lowest. This laundry mat is already overpriced and inaccessible but to add cruelty. Unacceptable

        Unfortunately we do not let people dry dirty clothes in our dryers. You have to wash them first. We’ve had many issues with this couple and they’ve been told this several times. Sometimes what you see isn’t always the full story. Not sure how our laundromat is inaccessible, but appreciated your input.
