        I called the office phone while they were closed and way past business hours for a cat stuck in a tree. I got a text from Shad within minutes which was very unexpected especially at a late hour but so appreciated. He was very helpful and calming in this time. He took the time to ask my cats name and age and advise that he knew she would be okay. She ended up coming down on her own, but customer service like this does not go unnoticed. I will definitely be spreading the word and if ever I do need tree services I know where I will be going! Thanks again!!

        We asked them to cut down a tree, the request was to cut it & leave in MANAGABLE pieces, they were in fact not. Thankfully I have a chainsaw & was able to cut the 6' lengths in sizes to fit my splitter. I was most upset of the worker, not cutting, making himself at home on my picnic table. He sat there and played with his phone the entire time & thought it was proper to put his foot on the table top and lean on it. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend. Service: Tree removal
