EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE MEDICAL OFFICE STAFF AFTER GETTING THE WRONG RECORDS AFTER WE HAD GONE OVER WHAT WAS SPECIFICALLY NEEDED AT LEAST 4 + TIMES.WAITING FOR HOURS TO HAVE IT FAXED AFTER REQUESTING IT TO BE IMMEDIATELY DONE SO MY HUSBAND COULD FINISH HIS APPOINTMENT AND GET TO WORK AFTER HIS DR CAME IN 1/2 HOUR EARLY TO SEE HIM.WE WAITED FROM 7:30 am TO 12:30 pm.FINALLY WE CALLED THE SANTIAM HOSPITAL TO GET WHAT WE NEEDED AND WITHIN 30 SECONDS HAD THE PAPERWORK FAXED AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY.MY HUSBAND LOST A WHOLE DAY OF WORK AND PAY BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDNT DO THEIR JOB.COVID EXCUSES NO LONGER ARE VALID FOR NOT DOING A SIMPLE JOB.WE LOVE THE DRS THERE BUT THE MANAGER(ABBY)NEEDS TO NOT TALK OVER A PATIENT WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AT HAND AND HANGING UP ON PATIENT FOR VOICING THEIR CONCERN ON THE WAY THINGS WERE DONE

Dr Lauren Carlson is truly the best!! I had a hard time finding a pediatrician that didnâ€™t blow off my concerns for my daughter when she was born last year. NP Lauren Carlson was the 4th doctor we seen by the time she was 2 weeks old and the first one to genuinely care about my concerns as a new momma and about my baby. She will be turning a year old in a few days and we are so grateful to have had Lauren throughout our journey, and look forward to seeing her again for the next check up. The receptionist with orange hair is kinda rude i think her name is alley but seeing Lauren is 100% worth looking past it. I definitely recommend this clinic and Lauren Carlson! :) Dr. Ty Webber we seen a couple times when we needed an urgent appointment and he is also great too! I think every doctor at this clinic is great!
