        Would NEVER recommend. Community neighbors cautioned us but we trusted anyway. Charged 900.00+ for a tuneup that was not done per our new mechanic at a reputable establishment willing to help. Business never returned our call. I did call after the repairs from another mechanic to have the owner hang up on me. A VERY bad experience unless one is PURCHASING a product!

        Im not a professional landscaper but I needed a professional grade product because even the nicest of the Home Depot stuff simple wasnt cutting it. They got me into a ybravo commercial grade mower, it knocked down my knee high grass in one pass with no bogging, if youre local and tired of buying and rebuying HD or Lowes stuff that just doesnt do the job, go see these guys. Im also pretty sure theyre a family owned and operated outfit and the 3 of them were awesome to deal with.

      We are so sorry you are unhappy with our service, but to be clear the service you are unhappy with was 9 months ago, if you were unhappy at that time we would have been happy to help. The tune up was $319.70 including parts, the pickup and delivery from Aurora to Salem was $205, other parts replaced $235.65 including new blades as blades were compromised as well as a side discharge chute and $115 labor to install addt'l parts and $62.50 to clean machine so we could work on it, prior service was 2017. When you called you proceeded to tell me how we lied and did not do the tuneup which I said was not true. Our phone call got disconnected, I DID NOT hang up on you.You called right back and hung up on me and I was not given a chance to respond. Again so sorry and happy you have found someone you are happy with.
