I used Pro Exterior Remodelers for our home in SW Portland. They came Monday thru Friday & half a day on Saturday x 2 weeks. Asked them to place Plywood underneath the Hardiplank Siding. Responsive to concerns & they were very Meticulous with Details. Most of All , they Bid on What I Asked them to do . ( many Companies did not Listen ). We would use them again. In addition , they are Painting a Rental Home we own in the future.

5 STAR. We hired Pro Exterior Remodelers LLC to remove all of our (30 year old) LP siding and replace it with James Hardie - ColorPlus - Lap Siding, all 4 sides of the house. It's all done now and what a terrific job they all did. The whole crew was professional and skilled. The construction foreman is Angel. Sonja is their Sales Person and Administrator. Tearing off all the siding and reinstalling took about 3 weeks start to finish. Angel stops by the worksite most every day to check with the crew and be available for any questions or updates. Whats also nice is Angels priority to deliver a quality product. We had a number of issues with old damaged insulation, rotted facia and a wall that had warped. Angel provided guidance, recommendations, solutions, rough cost estimates and rough time estimates all with a good dose of Common Sense. We are totally happy with the work Pro Ex did for us. The Pro Ex crew are expert siders expert caulkers (very impressed here), clean up every day before leaving and have a no problem too big or too small attitude. It was a pleasure working with all of them. Our house looks brand spanking new! Our next door neighbor hired Pro Ex also they are as pleased as us. I wouldnt hesitate to hire Pro Ex again, in fact, I did re-hire them for a different smaller project. Price , Quality and Service: 5 Star on all three. We had Angel and his team do a complete exterior remodel of our home back in late October including, siding, gutters, electrical framing, windows and door installs. It was a massive amount of work which included a lot of communication from all parties and planning. With that said I can not emphasize enough how professional, organized and great Pro Exterior Remodelers was during this project. Everyone one from the planner (Sonja) to the owner (Angel) and their whole crew were outstanding. My wife and I starting the bidding process for this project back in July and interviewed 8 different contractors. From the moment Angel came over to the house and we did a walk through I had a gut feeling we were going to give them the project. He had thought of everything and knew exactly what to do on all the small details that we hadnt even thought off. It was very clear that he had a deep understanding and knowledge of all types of construction and scenarios. Another small detail that never went unnoticed was the attention to detail from his crew. We have two small children under 2 and with such a big project we were concerned about debris, nails, etc laying around the yard and them either stepping on something or eating something. Every single day for nearly a month their crew left the yard better than it started. We didnt have anything to worry about there. If your doing a project I can not recommend them enough. Thank you Angel and Sonja! The house looks better than we could have imagined.
