        It is very difficult to rate someone who is still learning his job. But I feel Angel did an excellent job for a new employee. He spent 3.5 hours assisting me. Not because of lack of knowledge on his part but because the phone I traded in was not working correctly and Angel patiently worked thru all the difficulties and was able to transfer my info from the old phone to the new. He deserves to be highly compensated for his diligence and persistence.
