Taco bell is one of the only fast foods I can really enjoy and this location didn't let down

My family and I enjoy Taco Bell as a whole, but this one just does not care. Management is trying, but the staff does not care. Burritos aren't wrapped right (loose and fall apart), food is commonly cold, wrong, or missing from order entirely. Slow paced, making it difficult for DoorDash drivers to get out the door fast before their customers food gets cold. I hope that management can get their team members motivated to get orders out the door, and I hope this is location is just going through the growing pains of opening a new location... Baker residents have been wanting a Taco Bell for years, please don't let us down.

I had order on the app for delivery. And the door dasher never showed up. I waited over an hour for my food and I was sooooo angry. I went in to see what qas going on. And 2 workers by the name Lora and Kim were very kind and understand. Their customer service was definitely on point tonight! So I give them 5 stars for sure. Thank you ladies!

It's sad that so many people are giving it a one star complaining about orders being messed up or the quality of the food. Like hello people, it's a fast food restaurant, and it just opened and they hired anyone and everyone willing to work no matter if they are competent or not. Like it's going to take awhile before the burn outs leave or get fired and you have solid people there. And well it's a fast food restaurant so don't complain that your $3 burrito wasn't any good. And honestly never had a problem with getting a wrong order yet and I am a fat man that loves Taco Bell so I have been there a bunch.
