Many Thanks for an arrangement that keeps giving it's beauty a week later and is one of our favorite Bouquet's in many years... From the Phone call to order to our arrival to pick up a surprise for my wife of 28 years we were completely satisfied with our experience at the Hearts & Petals Shoppe... Promise to refer friends and neighbors and return for another experience to add a well deserved 5 STAR REVIEW !!!

Super upsetting experience here via phone today. ): Im on the East Coast right now but have lived in Baker my entire life. I called about getting some flowers delivered. The older woman who answered the phone was extremely snotty and exhibited disgusting behavior and tone with me. I was asking very simple questions just trying to find out what would work or if they had a website as I could only find 3rd party ordering and wasnt sure if it was legit. The woman was so nasty and acted as if I was just beyond stupid for calling. I ended up thanking her and hanging up on her because I was almost in tears. I took my business for my flower order to the other flower shop thats on Broadway and was treated with impeccable service and will forever be a return customer there. I hope this can be handled by the owner. If that was the owner I spoke to- I give my deepest condolences to her employees because she is wretched.
