        Dr. Cook is thorough and attentive to my health needs. She responds promptly to my questions and concerns through MyChart, and I've never had any issues getting refills or prescriptions. I feel lucky to have her as my PCP, and of all the physicians I've had throughout my life she ranks number one. I usually don't do surveys, but she deserves praise.
