        Very clean easy to get into you don't have to go into the office you can set reservations on the phone I give you a keypad codes nice place

        Hard to book this place. Noteworthy details: The room price doesn't include the cleaning service of $60 so it's overpriced. Also it's too close to the highway.

        Room is advertised at one price online ($65) and then more than doubles ($140) when you try to book it - misleading. Tried to call and got some automated call center and was on hold for several minutes with a recorded sales pitch for some other company before giving up. Drove by thinking maybe theyre an office that can help, looks deserted and closed. Waste of time.

        Came on vacation and paid over $170. Room and location were fine except for: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 24/7 customer guest services phone number was not friendly, asked me for my credit card information and my ID info 3 times after submitting it online. To top it off customer service agent said she had emailed me the 10 digit code to unlock the room however, when we arrived she lied and said it was already provided and to check my email again. When I stated there was no digit she was not apologetic and then said Is this all you needed? This back and forth with 3 customer service agents while having hardly any signal was not necessary. Will not be booking here again.

      Hello! The price online states that it is the "average daily rate", when you actually select dates it will clearly show the total price for your stay before any booking processes begin.The office is not staffed but we do have 24/7 guest services ready and able to help with booking or any other mid-stay concerns! Thank you.

      Hello!We do not advertise maid service, continental breakfast or on site staff. This property is operated as a short term rental which offers much more privacy than a traditional hotel setting. That being said, all guests are given our customer service contact information where 24/7 assistance can be reached. There are also many eateries nearby to chose from. Thanks!
