This is my bank . It's a great bank.

Ive been with US bank for 16 years and have always had professional customer service when using this business, however there is some discrimination within who they allow use their restrooms. They do not have a customer bathroom but stated they do allow certain customers to use their facilities. US bank and this branch especially, should reconsider their policy on having appropriate accommodations for their customers.

This five star review is solely for Miss Madison R., not for the bank as a whole. I stopped by today to get a check to void so my paychecks will be directly deposited into my account. Not only was she so helpful, but she inquired about if I had a new job. Kindly congratulated me and we had a nice conversation about how excited I am to be working for Les Schwab now. She was so pleasant, observant and very efficient. Since we were chatting, I forgot my debit card there. She called me a few minutes later, apologizing profusely that it was still at the bank, when it was no more hurt fault than my own. Thank you, Madison, I genuinely appreciate your help!!

Really incompetent. How does it take an hour to do 4 deposits. Worst customer service ever. These people are literally a joke. Plus they are hardly open anymore and hours cut way back. I am definitely switching banks. Bummer because I have been using them for 20 years

We've been US Bank customers at the Banks, Oregon branch for over 2 decades. Between our various business operations and personal accounts, we have 10 different accounts with them. Not only are they close to where we live, they are the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever encountered in banking. They know my name, my husband's name, my son's name, as well as the name of pretty much every customer who walks in the door. The pandemic hit them really hard and now, usually, typically only 2 people are working. Their drive-through window is extremely busy with almost non-stop traffic and now that the lobby is open, they are pretty busy in there too. So, wait times can be longer than usual but they are still able to be friendly, positive, helpful. I'm sure that staffing will get adjusted as we continue to transition to a new normal. I highly recommend the Banks, Oregon US Bank Branch. I've never really had a truly personal banking experience until I started banking with them.
