Susie Vandehey Jurgensen is a breath of fresh air in the real estate world! We took a leap of faith calling her when we saw her Welcome Home Realty sign on the vacant land property for sale next to our home. We had been thinking about selling for about 2 years before meeting Susie but never took that leap as it just seemed like a lot of work to find the right realtor. The instant we met Susie, we trusted her & knew she was the realtor we wanted to help us through the buying of a new home and selling of the current home. She was very patient with us when we were hunting for our new home. In all, I think she showed us 6-7 homes before we found the one we wanted to buy. She listed our home on 12/02/21 and by 12/04/21 we were PENDING. The closing process was seamless as well! Susie was there for us through the whole house looking, buying and selling process. Susie is super kind, very patient & totally honest. She will be the only realtor we call for buying and selling of real estate in our future. Thank you Susie!!

Susie is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She really knows her way around real estate, I will use her every time I am buying or selling a house.
