We Sent our son there and it was an awful experience. They do not keep your children safe. He was allowed to engage in under and over the clothes touching during outings. They allowed a girl to sneak into his room multiple times and for him to sneak into her room. He self harmed and we were not informed for days after. He told them he planned on committing suicide and they allowed him to look up maps on the computer as part of his plan. When he ran away they just let him go. When he got picked up they never called to let us know. The hospital he was taken to contacted us. We were 6 hours away and had to sit for 2 hours wondering if he was OK. When we got his belongings there were notes from the girl giving him her information. They say they dont allow relationships but they do. We had agreed to pay the remainder of our deductible to them. When we got our eob from insurance our deductible had been met at another hospital and we should not have been charged. We had already paid 3200 and stopped paying because of the eob and the fact that they didn't keep him safe. They sent us to collections. By accepting the insurance they had no right to charge us to begin with since our eob said we had met the deductible. They received $40,000 a month from my insurance. Would never recommend them

I was just discharged from this place a week or two ago and I cant say enough good things about it. The connections I made with my therapist and the staff were amazing and so uplifting, I left the place feeling whole again. I genuinely miss it there which Ive never experienced with any other inpatient program. I would 100% recommend this place. The only con with it is the inconsistency, they switch things up and oftentimes plans and things are changes right at the last minute. Other than that though this program was the best Ive been in so far.

i would put zero stars if possible. this program was not as advertised. communication was poor and plans were often changed with little to no notice beforehand. i genuinely think that the management was the problem, not the mental health techs or other staff members. we (patients) were not allowed to use coping skills and most of our belongings were locked up. our needs were not met and we were treated as tasks instead of people. at times staff would hold our mail and communication with family was very limited. there were several times when i was not allowed to communicate with other patients and staff did not inform me of this. conflict was not handled well and there were times when staff and management could not handle situations. i respect the staff and i think they did the best they could, considering the management they were under.

Do not send your child here or anyone They do not let you take breaks or use other coping skills its all micro managed and they dont allow you to have any comfort items at all Most of staff are still in school I was having a hard time and they wouldnt let me in my room or call my family at all I got so angry I thrashed the place and ran off the facility because their security is so low and I was running for about 2 hours until they decided to call the police or my mom They are not trained properly staff are always on their phones talking to each other to communicate Security is only alarms and doors are unlocked that lead outside I left with more trauma than I came in with They only let you do things that are in the schedule at that time I couldnt use any of my coping skills unless it was that specific group They dont let you in your room to take ANY breaks whatsoever When a kid is obviously struggling they do not remove the other patients from the situation I would rather stay in the hospital than ever go back here They dont allow you to do certain things that are important coping skills unless your leaving soon you can even listen to music until you reach a certain level for example, The only good things about it is the building and the food. Dont go here If I could give 0 stars I would. Theres so much more I want to say about this place but Im trying to keep this short

Do not send your child here or anyone
They do not let you take breaks or use other coping skills its all micro managed and they dont allow you to have any comfort items at all
Most of staff are still in school
I was having a hard time and they wouldnt let me in my room or call my family at all I got so angry I thrashed the place and ran off the facility because their security is so low and I was running for about 2 hours until they decided to call the police or my mom
They are not trained properly staff are always on their phones talking to each other to communicate
Security is only alarms and doors are unlocked that lead outside
I left with more trauma than I came in with
They only let you do things that are in the schedule at that time
I couldnt use any of my coping skills unless it was that specific group
They dont let you in your room to take ANY breaks whatsoever
When a kid is obviously struggling they do not remove the other patients from the situation I would rather stay in the hospital than ever go back here
They dont allow you to do certain things that are important coping skills unless your leaving soon you can even listen to music until you reach a certain level for example,
The only good things about it is the building and the food.
Dont go here
