This place started out fine. There's new management, I think. I don't know because the communication from management and ownership is sparse and lacks detail. I also don't receive return emails or phone calls when I try to contact management with questions or concerns. My car was vandalized and people who don't live here constantly dump trash in our dumpsters. On the weekends they overflow and then management sends us emails telling us not to dump "our" furniture in the dumpsters or they will charge us. The local constabulary allows people to dump and/or reside in their vehicles on the road outside and do not patrol the road, which is dangerous because people speed and do not watch where they are going. The management declared that they are starting a construction project, with few details. It isn't permitted yet, but they've closed a whole lot of parking spaces so the contractor can put junk in the area instead. Despite vague promises that non-resident vehicles would be towed, there is nowhere for residents to park. I could purchase a parking space, but someone would have to return any communication from me, and I'm not really holding my breath. I'm really disappointed in the livability of this complex. This morning, I fell down the stairs because they have failed to do any snow or ice removal, even on a day where the snow and ice was MELTING.
