Haven Spa Pool & Hearth

We love this place! There are many hot tub and woodstove places out there, but this one is the very best. We drive by many other stores, which are closer to us, to go to this store. They have such a great selection or hot tubs, woodstoves and supplies. And you will not find any better customer service. Randy and Marshall are the very best! We have bought two hot tubs there and also a woodstove. I would highly recommend this place!

Alex and Josh did a better than fantastic job installing and explaining how to use our new wood stove insert. Cassie in the show room spent a lot of time working with us to find the right stove. Stefan answered all of our questions and made himself available for any additional questions. The Beaverton staff is great to work with. I can't say enough about how good all of them were to work with. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We appreciate dealing with them!

Initially everything was great. But my south sea spa has had to have service out 4 times since I had it installed late March. Was told any service would be quick but I have to wait 2 weeks lately instead of 1 as before for any problems, which I shouldnt be having with a spa this new. This thing has had more times with problems than not. Air handler leaking, headrests braking, jets getting stuck, and now one of my pumps has failed. Now they just told me would be a another month till the part comes in after the manufacturer sent them the wrong one after waiting 2 weeks for the first pump they sent. The service department is very responsive and do all they can to fix my problems so have no complaints there except the amount of time it takes to get on the schedule where I live. They keep me updated regularly on the status of my pump that needed to be replaced and everyone is very friendly and knowlegdable. I can't blame them for a poorly built spa and appreciate the communication and customer service which is top notch. My $8400 Spa is a POS and I am worried after the warranty runs out what it will cost me and how many more breakdowns will I have. Stay away from south sea spa/artestian spas.
